Statistics: Russia’s wage arrears fall 6% to 2.6 bln rbl in Feb

MOSCOW, Mar 18 (PRIME) -- Russian wage arrears fell 5.7% in February to 2.556 billion rubles as of March 1, the Federal State Statistics Service said in a statement on Monday.

Wage arrears that emerged in 2019 accounted for 588 million rubles or 23% of the sum, arrears that emerged in 2018 for 752 million rubles, or 29.4%, and arrears that emerged in 2017 or earlier account for 1.2 billion rubles, or for 47.6% of the sum.
